10+ years of program/product management experience delivering end-user facing products.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computers, or related field or MBA with product management or Equivalent experience
Experience launching multiple iterations of products to customers in market and worked on different phases of product management.

Responsibilities
Deliver end-to-end product solutions, including competitive research, requirements definition, user experience, and delivery of capabilities.
Spearhead the adoption and engagement of Microsoft 365, collaborating closely with partners and different functions to integrate AIOps solutions into their operations.
Engage with internal and external users to understand their needs and build product capabilities to meet those requirements effectively.
Be creative, entrepreneurial and data driven – define product hypothesis, conduct experiments, learn, and improve.
Establish and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders, ensuring alignment of goals and facilitating seamless collaboration.
Monitor and report on the impact of product, using data-driven insights to guide future enhancements.
Remain up to date on latest industry and competitive trends and anticipate changes.
Engage with customers and internal preview users, and triage, prioritize, and address customer feedback.
Regularly present new product plans, strategy, demos, competitive reviews, and more to the leadership team.
