Product Planning: Lead the creation and execution of the product plan, aligning it with the product roadmap, overall business objectives, and market demands.
Backlog Management: Supervise the creation, prioritization, and refinement of product backlogs to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with cross-functional teams—including development, UX designer, Architects, sales, and customer support—to gather requirements, and communicate product updates effectively.
Sprint Planning : Collaborate with the development team during sprint planning, ensuring clarity on priorities and features.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the overall product development lifecycle..
Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data, analytics, and customer feedback to make informed product decisions and adjustments.
Have you got what it takes?
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
Product Management certification is a plus
Over 8 years of professional experience, including 5+ years as a Technical Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or a similar role
Comfortable getting into technical discussions with team of software developers and architects
Familiarity with Integrations, backend solutions (e.g. software running as Windows Services) is an advantage
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) with hands-on experience in Agile product development
Provide support to Customer Support, Professional Services, Technical Pre-sales teams and Training where required
