This position requires a combination of strong organizational skills, service awareness, and the ability to work effectively with both employees and suppliers.
- Assisting Travel Managers: Support travel managers with administrative and coordination tasks to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
- Receiving Travel Requests and System Updates: Manage incoming business travel requests and update the travel management system.
- Tracking Reservations and Problem-Solving During Travel: Monitor bookings and assist in resolving issues during trips.
- Service Awareness and Teamwork: Deliver exceptional service while collaborating effectively with team members.
- Supplier and Service Provider Interaction: Assist in coordinating with suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and transportation companies, to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
- Meeting Travel Budget and Goals: Support efforts to maintain travel within the set budget and align with company goals.

Your Experience & Skills
- At least 1 year of experience in travel coordination- must
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – working with employees and suppliers.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and as part of a team.
- High service awareness and problem-solving ability.
- High proficiency in English.
