Responsibilities:Data Architecture Design
- Define standards for data models, schemas, and taxonomies, ensuring their implementation aligns with Playtika’s architectural strategy.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance data architectures for structured and unstructured data.
Data Integration, Governance, and Optimization
- Lead data integration efforts across diverse sources, focusing on delivering quick, practical solutions that can be seamlessly integrated into Playtika’s existing ecosystem.
- Establish and enforce data governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure compliance and maintain high-quality, reliable data.
- Optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and system performance to reduce complexity, enhance efficiency, and support the scalability of data operations.
Technology Innovation and Strategic Implementation
- Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and technologies to support data-driven decision-making, AI/ML initiatives, intelligent automation, and high-velocity data pipelines.
- Ensure seamless integration with existing Playtika systems and pipelines to maintain efficiency and reliability.
- Identify opportunities for innovation in data and AI by leveraging cutting-edge technologies.
- Align data architecture and solutions with Playtika’s goals for scalability, reliability, and growth.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or a related role, preferably in large-scale, complex environments.
- Experience working with enterprise-level data ecosystems and multi-team environments.
- Proficiency in designing and managing scalable data solutions, including data lakes, data warehouses, and real-time pipelines.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms and data warehouse technologies.
- Expertise in ETL development, data integration, and pipeline optimization.
- Deep knowledge of database technologies and advanced SQL for querying and optimization.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
- Understanding of AI/ML workflows and their data dependencies.
- Ability to integrate data infrastructure with AI and advanced analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks, policies, and tools to ensure quality and compliance.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and best practices for securing sensitive data.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
