Lead Advanced Field Service Technician
As , you'll provide team support and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch technical assistance at Honeywell sites. Responsibilities include managing workloads, refining processes, supervising teams, and collaborating across departments for service excellence. You'll also utilize technology to proactively address issues, advise on improvements, and expand services to maximize satisfaction and minimize downtime.
What You’ll do:
Configuration, Diagnoses Fault, repairs and Programming of building services (e.g. Security, Access control, HVAC, BMS control, and Third-Party Systems).
Software load and Configuration of Honeywell Systems and other systems as required.
Site audits.
HSE assessments are carried out and updated annually for all contracts and projects
Financial control according to agreed budgets and plans
Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information as instructed by the Operations Manager.
YOU MUST HAVE
Intermediate to High computer skills
Supervisor Trade Certificate an advantage
Electrical or Electronics Associate Diploma or higher an advantage
Open Cabling Licence and advantage
Fault finding and repairs to Electronic equipment
Strong experience in building (HVAC/BMS) Systems including trouble shooting, fault finding and problem diagnosis.
