As a Future Talent Programs Intern, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the hiring process and assist in finding the best candidates for our IT teams. This includes reviewing applications, organizing interviews, and communicating with hiring managers.
- Supporting promotion of our employer brand on social media, organizing meet ups, university job fairs, and other events to attract talent.
- Keeping track of important HR documents and managing administrative tasks.
- Providing overall reporting and tracking of the programs, conducting simple data analysis allowing us to continuously improve and optimize our initiatives.
- Organizing onboarding sessions, providing information about the programs, supporting both managers and participants of the programs.
- Planning development activities for students and graduates.
- Communicating with personnel agency, universities, participants of the programs and managers across the company.
Your profile:
- University student with at least 1 year of studies ahead.
- Interest in Talent Management and HR processes.
- Proficiency in both Czech/Slovak and English.
- Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Effective communication, strong interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized individual with proactive mindset.
- Quick learner.
- Analytical mindset with focus on process improvement.
