: Warsaw, Poland (we follow a hybrid approach, you are expected in the office weekly)

By participating in the Internship program you will:

  • Work with a team of highly qualified professionals who serve customers in Poland.

  • Actively participating in acquiring clients and securing contracts
  • Handling relationships with Customers and Partners
  • Completing established sales targets and reporting
  • Contact with Customers via digital channels (Video, Mail, Chat)
  • Assign sales leads to the partners and supervise the status
  • Maintain demo product shipments and returns
  • Prepare standard confirmation letters for the partners and customers
  • Collect information and reports back from/to local and regional sales teams
  • Maintain and develop information related to the partners and customers databases
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
  • Prepare newsletters to customers

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's studies.
  • Excellent organisation skills and ability to balance multiple projects
  • The ability to be detail-focused, able to supervise and follow up with multiple partners
  • Good command of MS Office
  • You are fluent in English and Polish (written and verbal)
  • You can live and work in Poland with no additional VISA sponsorship from Cisco during the length of the Internship
