- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

- Knowledge of TV and social media advertising, and the interplay between these channels and digital video.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and people management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives.
- Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
