In this role, you will carry out marketing activities targeted at existing and prospective customers across the various business units, including marketing campaigns, events, online marketing, and advertising , under the direction of the senior Field Marketing Associate for Brazil.

What you will do:

• Support all events - digital and presential (Red Hat events and Industry) technical visit; separate materials needed for transportation to events (banner, folders); giveaways room control; monitoring the schedule and checklist to ensure deadlines with the event organizers; post event reports

• Campaigns: collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns

• Request advertising pieces from third party agencies (e.g. email marketing, newsletter, images for stands, banners, etc.)

• Reports: MKT Calendar update, Weekly reports, budget consolidation, and others.

• Manage the purchasing process end to end, including purchase orders (POs), statements of work (SOWs), ID Campaigns, invoicing, operational support for budget control, etc.

What you will bring:

• Advanced student in Marketing, Administration or related courses with date of graduation at least in 2027

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to ask for help and embrace feedback

• Extremely well organized and detail oriented

• Ability to work independently and autonomously

• Motivation to continuously learn and develop.

• Outstanding multitasking abilities

• Advanced English, Spanish is a plus.
