What you’ll do:

• Manage the technical infrastructure across a large and intricate core accounts ecosystem in the EMEA region.

• Identify, evaluate, and manage any risks associated with the infrastructure effectively to ensure continuity and efficiency of operations.

• Drive automation, orchestration, and modernization initiatives while ensuring seamless integration with multiple core accounts platforms.

• Lead various DevOps efforts related to infrastructure management, contributing to improved productivity and reduced complexity in the environment.

• Work towards reducing manual touchpoints through the strategic implementation of automation solutions.

• Act as the primary point of contact for infrastructure-related requests and issues.

• Conduct regular system audits to ensure infrastructure is functioning optimally.

• Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of 20+ infrastructure engineers, fostering a collaborative environment to encourage professional growth, knowledge sharing and optimal team performance.

What we’ll need from you:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Significant experience in managing IT infrastructure in a complex, multi-platform environment.

• Strong understanding and experience with automation and orchestration tools and processes.

• Experience in a DevOps environment with a focus on infrastructure management.

• Strong project management and team leadership skills.

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and strategic planning skills.

• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and projects.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts.
