Job purpose:
- Lead the effort to design, build and configure Microsoft Dynamics application (CRM), acting as the primary point of contact.
Your client responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into CRM technical design and configuration requirements
- Responsible for design, build, test and deployment efforts for Dynamics CRM technology solutions
- Provide hands on functional and technical knowledge as well as manage client relationships within the context of the role
- Candidate should be Proficient in MSCRM Dynamics with in-dept knowledge on Plugins, Workflows, JavaScript, CRM Portals, Web APIs Azure Knowledge
- Good to have Power Apps Skill set
- Candidate should be Proficient on the latest OOB features available in Dynamics CRM along with the Sales, Marketing Service, Field service flows
- Provide technical estimates for the solution implementation. Senior consultants are expected to be strong in estimation methods and derive on experience /learning from multiple projects.

Key skills:
- Must have 7+ Years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM
- Candidate should have good exposure on XRM Implementations
- Must be proficient in at least 3 of the below modules in MS Dynamics CRM –
- D365 for Sales
- D365 for Customer Service
- D365 for Marketing
- D365 for Field Service
- D365 for Project Service Automation/ Project Operations
- Plan and perform data migration into the new systems, Should have exposure to Data Migrations process tools for CRM
- Candidate should have prior experience on complex integrations with CRM system
- Should have worked in Agile methodology and have used ADO/ VSTS to track user stories, bug fixing, reporting of progress, etc
- Need to have experience on Atleast 2/3 end to end CRM Implementations
- Ability to present effectively to an audience of individuals both up and down the organization structure
- BE/B.Tech/MCA/MBA with a sound industry experience of 4 to 8 years
Preferred skills:
- Prior experience of leading & working with a globally distributed team
- Experience with agile methodology
- MCSE or MCSA certification
- 4/5 end to end CRM Implementations including globally distributed ones
- CTI Integration experience
- MVP Recognition
- FTRSA recognition
