You will report directly to our Sales Director and you’llwork out of our Seoul, IA location on a Hybrid work schedule.
• Guideand manage sales efforts in Seoul, IA, driving order growth and exceeding salestargets
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate the market and expandthe customer base
• Buildand maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needsand provide innovative solutions
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identifynew business opportunities and drive continuous improvement
• Workwith cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, orderprocessing, and facilitation
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a high-performanceculture and driving professional development
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to drivebusiness growth and market guidance
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive order growth
• Strongcommunication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Set up strategic relationships program including Accountplanning
• Technical Knowledge on web gauge & control system
• Intermediate or above in English
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Passion for sales and achieving results
• Strongbusiness acumen and insight into market dynamics
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to build and maintain strong relationships
