FS Technology Consulting – Program Test Manager - Senior Manager – Contractor - Dublin

Your key responsibilities

• The Program Test Manager will play a role in ensuring the success of technology programs by leveraging their extensive experience in SAP S4 HANA, finance transformation, and banking technology.
• The manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test strategies for the systems and organizational changes involved in Finance Transformation. They will be knowledgeable with respect to strategies and plans for the preparation of environments and data to support testing in a Finance domain.
• They will be familiar with the development and maintenance of complex test plans.
• They will lead and manage a diverse team of testers, including blended onshore and offshore teams. They will provide guidance and support to ensure effective execution of test plans and timely delivery of milestones. They will ensure effective collaboration and communication across all project phases.
• They will oversee the execution of various testing types, including functional, non-functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing, with a strong emphasis on test automation, particularly for SAP S4 HANA environments.
• By identifying and mitigating risks, enforcing quality assurance processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives, the manager will ensure that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
• Additionally, they will prepare detailed reports and documentation for stakeholders, providing critical insights and recommendations.
• This role demands excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance or Accountancy or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Program Test Manager or similar role in technology consulting in a Finance domain
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience in defining and delivering the environments and data required to execute successful testing in the
• Experience in finance transformation and banking technology.
• Experience working with blended onshore/offshore teams.
• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, HP ALM) and specifically for SAP S4 HANA.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, PMP) are a plus.

Ideally, you will also have

• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in performance testing and tuning.
• Strong understanding of data privacy and security regulations.
• Previous experience in managing multi-vendor environments.
• Ability to influence and drive change within an organization.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of financial services.
