Key job responsibilitiesPrimary Job function included but not limited to the following:· Support all aspect of a mission critical spare parts pool for server and network equipment
· Provide technical support in effective troubleshooting and repairing servers and networks
· Support various hardware troubleshooting and replacement
· Support Server and networking equipment installation and removal
· Support RMA and repair process for all devices
· Support technicians in daily works and activities as directed escalation
· Directed project work
. This role might involve covering 24x7 shift rotation

· Deep Understand IT Hardware, computer/network and x86 Architecture
· Experience of Hardware replacement
· Good English skills

· Familiar with Linux operating system.
· Experience of networking setup and configuration.
· Experience of server operation system level development, familiar with server hardware
· Experience of Data Center Operation
· Relevant educational qualification majoring in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or Electronic Engineering.About the team
