PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:
E-Commerce sales results & trends, monitor, control, and optimize E-Commerce inventory by eStores and maintain inventory stock turn objectives to achieve E-Commerce sales target.
Reporting:
- Assist to identify trends and translate them into sales opportunities by eStores
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendor (TP) to support logistics management; including but not limited to distribution, delivery, return and transfer; without delay.
- Work closely with CtC, marketing and VM teams to ensure timely product launches across all eStores.
- Create monthly tracking reports to ensure accurate data execution on sales, shipping, and display for all products.
- Provide product sell-through report with recommended action plans to improve the product performance across entire seasonal ranges.
- Assist to manage TP for product publish, price management, promotion discount set-up, logistics, and inventory.
Inventory Distribution Processes:
- Plan and execute the development and implementation of standard operating procedures for merchandising distribution.
- Apply effective strategies to ensure optimal store stock control.
- Analyze routine sales and stock data and maintain detailed and accurate reports.
- Analyze and plan stock allocation to each eStore with accurate implementation.
- Execute stock re-allocation and track inventory performance to drive the best inventory efficiency between eStores.
- Consistently implementing E-Commerce replenishment to drive the best opportunity of E-Commerce sales opportunity cross eStores, especially for special product.
- Implement weekly replenishment process to ensure each eStore inventory level.
- Assist and partner with internal functions with clearance sales (when required)
Systems & Processes:
- Generate reports and export data to support merchandising and operational decision making.
- Correctly implement all price changes including markdowns, discounts & promotional offers.
- Maintain store replenishment and related parameters.
- Execute replenishment instruction.
- Execute inventory transfer between DC and 3rd party warehouse.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Passion for sports as well as sports fashion
- Good at Office Excel and Word
- Good at spoken and written English
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- University Degree and above
- At least 3 year experience in merchandising, including planning, buying, and/or distribution
- A high level of fashion knowledge and consumer trend is preferred
- E-Commerce merchandising experience is preferred
