Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 2+ years work experience in enterprise sales, marketing, and/or business development, including experience engaging directly with customers and account teams
- OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A L150 – L200 depth of subject matter expertise (or ability to learn and ramp quickly) in Azure (Data & AI, Apps & Infra), Modern Workplace and Business Applications, from a prior sales, marketing or engineering role related to these areas.
- Conversational depth of subject matter expertise in IT, Cloud, and Software business trends, including impact of digital transformation on Microsoft’s priority industry verticals (Retail, Healthcare, Manufacturing, etc.).
- Experience presenting to large (20+ people) audiences and/or internal/external senior executives.
- Experience creating scripts, key talking points, and other documentation to support demo or experience delivery.
- Experience delivering solution and product demos to customers.
- Storyteller with exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple concurrent deliverables, and to move fluidly from project work to presenting in front of customers across multiple engagements per day and week.
- Cross-team collaboration skills, as part of a small team which will need to work closely supporting one another for mutual success.
