Your Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process for the organization, ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery .
  • Ensure compliance with local payroll laws and regulations, including tax filings and reporting.
  • Lead and mentor the payroll team, providing guidance and support to junior staff members.
  • Analyze payroll data and generate reports for management, identifying trends and discrepancies.
  • Coordinate internal and external payroll audits, preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance payroll efficiency.
  • Serve as a point of contact for payroll-related inquiries from the client or client‘s employees, providing clear and timely responses.
