What you'll do

As a working student in the Office of the Chief Business Officer (CBO) at SAP Switzerland, you will support various internal transformation projects. You'll be involved in several key areas: For our Go-to-Market Transformation, you'll assist with internal communications, help develop enablement assets and training programs, and coordinate multiple workstreams to ensure timely delivery. In addition, you will support our Customer Loyalty survey by analyzing results to provide insights and recommendation and prepare survey-related communications for the teams. You'll also contribute to various enablement initiatives and assist with Enablement for Customer Success roles. Furthermore, you'll play a role in planning and executing Learning Weeks, helping to organize sessions that foster continuous learning and development. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, contributing to meaningful projects that drive transformation at SAP Switzerland.

What you bring

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. To succeed in this role, we are looking for a candidate who is proactive, organized, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate should bring the following skills and qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and German
  • Strong Communication Skills: Clear and concise in internal communications
  • Project Coordination: Experience in managing workstreams and meeting deadlines
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
  • Team Collaboration: Comfortable working with diverse teams across the organization
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with tools like SharePoint, Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new software as needed
