Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in hardware quality for server, PC, networking device, consumer electronics, automotive, or other commercial/industrial products.
Experience with system development, manufacturing processes, and test and debug methods.
Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, or in a related technical field.
Certifications in American Society for Quality (e.g., CQE, CQM, CRE, or CQA) or equivalent.
Experience with Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) manufacturing and server computer system integrations, and with IPC standards for PCBA (e.g. IPC-A-610).
Experience with quality methods and tools such as DFMEA/PFMEA, cause-effects diagrams, Pareto charts, control charts, scatter diagrams, box plots, histograms, stratification, flow charts, 8D report, and analysis tools (e.g., JMP, mini-tab).
Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
