Your key responsibilities
- Need to work as an Architect and/or Technical Lead to contribute in various technical streams
of BCM implementation projects. - Help building a Banking and Capital Markets competency in Poland and EMEIA region
- Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators and Client’s technical stakeholders
- Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables from the team.
- Mentor the project team in executing the identified projects.
- Willing to travel to the customers locations on need basis.
- Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives.
Skills and attributes for success
- BE/B.Tech/MCA/MSc.
- Must have hands-on experience in Banking payments domain
- Must be an expert in core technical skills: Java/JEE, Spring, Hibernate, Spring boot Microservices, Web Service (Rest & SOAP), Apache Camel - CXF, Kafka.
- Nice to have a hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (at least one) – AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Ability to design and provide solutions for external integrations
- Ability to understand the Core Banking architecture, administration, configuration, data structure.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Science, other Technical qualification.
- 9+ years in a corporate IT environment in a similar positions.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent business communication skills.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Certificates proving certain skills: Java, Spring, SQL, AWS or Azure Cloud, Angular, React.
- Business certificates proving banking domain knowledge and experience
- Good understanding and experience in agile / scrum methodology.
- Experience in client facing roles.
- German, French or Spanish language skills (nice to have)
