Your impact
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the provisioning of new projects and organizations, including group creation, initial user registration, and role assignment
- Support code repository setup, ontology development, and pipeline configuration troubleshooting
- Help implement and manage permissions, group membership, and SSO integrations
- Support network ingress and egress policy administration under guidance from the lead administrator
- Automate repetitive administrative tasks using Python scripts
- Triage and resolve Foundry Issues submitted by internal and external users
- Document and maintain administrative procedures and support guides
- Communicate directly with client stakeholders during project setup and issue resolution
- Ability to monitor resource usage and notify solution owners for remediation of high-usage situations
