Your key responsibilities

• Perform in-depth process analysis to uncover areas for enhancement across different client industries
• Develop and collect business requirements specifications tailored to our clients' unique needs
• Develop robust data flow models that reflect complex systems and processes
• Utilize industry-standard methodologies to design, model, and document business processes

Skills and attributes for success

• Outstanding academic performance with BsC /Msc Degree in the field of Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in process analysis, business requirements, or data modeling, primarily gained at a large consulting company
• Experience in running business process improvement/redesign and/or business driven IT development projects (business/functional requirement specification)
• Outstanding communication & presentation skills in English and Hungarian language
• Advanced user level in MS Office tools
• Proficiency with UML, BPMN, or equivalent modeling methodologies
