Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in NPI Operations management or supply chain management/manufacturing operations/development or operations engineering in System Level devices.
- Experience in Contract Manufacturer/Original Equipment Manufacturer/Joint Design Manufacturer management with consumer electronics environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree.
- Knowledge of tooling, fixtures, equipment cost analysis and Joint Design Manufacturing model program management.
- Ability to drive solutions across multiple cross-functional teams, and identify opportunities on the supply chain.
- Excellent quantitative reasoning, problem-solving, creativity and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills, along with the ability to present to management.
