As a Workforce Senior Specialist II in Workforce Planning, you will be a part of the Scorecard & Compliance Team. You will be responsible for processing, tracking, and distributing monthly compliance products for several groups across Workforce Planning.
Job Responsibilities
- Process, track, and distribute monthly compliance products for various groups within Workforce Planning.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of compliance products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and implement innovative solutions to compliance challenges.
- Adapt to a fluid business environment, managing changing job priorities and working effectively with individuals at various organizational levels.
- Demonstrate high proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word, to support compliance tracking and reporting.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and practices.
