As a Workforce Senior Specialist II in Workforce Planning, you will be a part of the Scorecard & Compliance Team. You will be responsible for processing, tracking, and distributing monthly compliance products for several groups across Workforce Planning.

Job Responsibilities

  • Process, track, and distribute monthly compliance products for various groups within Workforce Planning.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of compliance products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and implement innovative solutions to compliance challenges.
  • Adapt to a fluid business environment, managing changing job priorities and working effectively with individuals at various organizational levels.
  • Demonstrate high proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word, to support compliance tracking and reporting.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and practices.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and innovation
  • Comfortable with a fluid business environment, changing job priorities, and working with people at a variety of levels internally and externally with the ability to work independently and in a group
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Work, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Proficiency with scheduling software (eWFM) and Teams
  • Experience with collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
  • Show high levels of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of Workforce Planning platforms and practices, both internal and cross Lines of Business
