As a Project Manager with AI and content authoringexperience at Honeywell, you will support the implementation of innovativeprojects that enhance our user experience. You will strategically apply AItechnologies to optimize user interactions and streamline content managementprocesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects focused on enhancing user experience through the strategic implementation of AI technologies to drive marketing and e-comm KPIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including product, design, and technology teams, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Jira experience is an advantage.
• Oversee project timelines (5 years+ experience), resource allocation, and project deliverables to ensure successful execution. Leverage AI insights to drive data-driven decisions and improvements in content personalization and user engagement.
• Communicate on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and provide solutions to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with content authors, designers, and developers to ensure seamless integration of content across platforms.
• Mentor and guide team members in integrating AI technologies with content and user experience initiatives.

Key requirements:

• English - fluent
• Experience with the following technologies: AEM, Gen AI, PIM, WorkFront, Jira
• Great communication skills and a proactive mindset are a must
• 5 years + of project management (and some AEM authoring experience)
