JobResponsibilities:
Participate in the feasibility assessment of machine vison requirements and implementation solutions related to barcode decoding.
Stay closely informed about the evolution of barcode decoding-related technologies, plan to iterative products, and ensure continuous product competitiveness.
Collaborate with the RD team, summarize the industry-wide algorithmic requirements for barcode decoding of fixed mount scanners; Coordinate with the RD to deliver products and solutions that address customer pain points and meet customized needs.

Job Requirements:
Solid foundation in mathematics and programming, proficient in languages such as C++, CUDA, Python, etc.
Familiar with various typical scenarios and usage methods of CNN networks, knowledgeable in at least one or more mainstream deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Caffe, MXNet, PyTorch.
Proficient in digital image processing and graphics-related algorithms; Adept at commonly used image processing libraries such as Halcon/VisionPro/OpenCV.
Possess rich business knowledge of AI applications in general manufacturing industries (e.g., high-tech, 3C electronics, new energy, automotive, engineering equipment, industrial inspection equipment, etc., but not limited to these). Understand key business requirements and technical solutions.
Experience in large projects involving project requirements analysis and goal decomposition. Possess excellent solution writing skills, closely collaborate with engineering teams in areas like hardware, software, optics, etc., to create product selling points and competitiveness.
Demonstrate strong teamwork spirit, especially in communication qualities and abilities related to project issues, solutions, and project schedules.
