Responsibilities: - Lead the annual salary and equity budgeting and processes in collaboration with HR and leadership to streamline and enhance impact.
- Use people analytics to identify trends, analyze compensation costs and benefits, and provide actionable insights to support data-driven decisions.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and regulatory changes, ensuring our compensation processes remain competitive, attractive, and compliant.
- Partner with HR and leadership to develop and communicate total rewards packages to employees.
- Oversee and optimize the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and automation of compensation and benefits processes.
- Manage communication and collaboration with the payroll department to ensure seamless processing of compensation-related transactions.
Qualifications: - Proven experience of 5+ years in compensation, benefits, and HRIS management, preferably in a tech or high-growth industry.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, market trends, and regulatory requirements in multiple regions (IL, US, and Europe – significant advantage).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Expertise in HRIS platforms, including implementation, optimization, and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or relevant certifications are a plus
