The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

• Inspect, rebuild, and run equipment for composite wire production.
• Enter all required information into production reporting databases.
• Lead daily tier meeting and interact with other group leader to maintain open communication.
• Demonstrating safe work behaviors to avoid injury to self and others.
• Contributing to continuous improvement and problem solving to drive growth and increase efficiency.
• Support training efforts and provide training and certifications to other employees-on you own or directed by supervision.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start)
• Six (6) months of leadership experience
• Interested and available to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as scheduled working 8 consecutive hours per day on a fixed night shift

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Mechanical and electrical skills to troubleshoot, adjust, repair and maintain equipment.
• Knowledge of basic Windows-based operating systems.
• Experience performing stringent quality control inspections.
• Ability to complete work without supervision and work well within a team environment.
