Your key responsibilities

Additional core responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality IT Strategy/ IT & Digital Transformation projects, as well as IT Risk, DataPrivacy, Cybersecurity and Data Analytics projects to clients within the Caribbean region
  • Demonstrate and share insights and knowledge on leading practices in IT governance, IT risk,data privacy and cybersecurity, including leading standards and frameworks such as NIST, ISO27001 CobIT and ITIL
  • Demonstrate strength of expertise on highly technical engagements around technology solutiondelivery, IT operating model design and transformation, enterprise and technology architecturedesign, systems implementation and integration
  • Deliver presentations on any of the above topics to client Executives and Boards of Directors
  • Balance client projects, new business development and practice development activities, whilecomplying with Company’s standards
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel as well as buildstrong internal relationships within EY Advisory Services and with other services across the Firm
  • Work effectively as a team member, provide coaching and mentorship, share in and providesupport for project engagement responsibilities, maintain clear and concise communication, andupdate senior team members as necessary

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • discipline, from a recognised third level institution
  • Additional professional qualifications, such as PRINCE2®, PMP, PMBOK, SAFe or Diploma Levelin Project Management or similar discipline from a recognised third level institutionoraccreditation body
  • 10 or more years of related work experience within a leadership role, with demonstratedexperience in delivering projects within the IT Transformation, Digital Transformation, or IT Auditspheres
  • Experience in one or more of our focus industries including Power & Utilities, Financial Services,Government & Public Sector, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Tech and Media,AdvancedManufacturing / Industry 4.0
  • Experience of one or more technology areas including but not limited to ERP, CRM. DigitalWorkplace, CX, Cloud Migration and/or integrations, Data & Analytics, RPA, Emerging Tech, IoT,Blockchain
  • Experience in the establishment, training and management of teams comprised of client,contractors and client’s strategic partners
  • Excellent communication skills – tailoring communications to suit various audiences, with theability to translate IT strategy into measurable business benefits
  • Have a track record of delivery within multiple large-scale technical transformation projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
  • Have experience in seeking the alignment of business and IT, operating across organisationaland technology silos to drive common approaches, delivering sustainable, agile andre-usablesolutions
  • Have a proven ability to be able to take a ‘big picture’ delivery and project management view as
    well as being able to work at a detailed level across a broad range of contract typesandengagement approaches
