Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

• Develop Supply Chain Solutions and strategies to improve process efficiency and customer delivery
• Drive process improvement and simplification projects across Order to fulfillment Planning and Logistics function
• Make supply chain processes and system future fit by leveraging SCCT, DNA, IT

Key Responsibilities:

Process Excellence Owner

• Accountable for identifying and contributing to the supply chain process improvements through the development and implementation of strategic initiatives in line with Business processes within the market network
• Investigate pain points within the process and develop solutions to resolve conflicts and inefficiencies - Support the team to clearly understand and anticipate business needs, organize best practices implementation, with Brands and Channels to ensure sustainable practices implementation
• Monitor and benchmark within adidas SCM organizations (global vs local) best practice, operating model & process to achieve continuous improvement in upgrading and standardizing our process and market processes

Reporting & Analytics

• Support the team by using data with recommendations for optimizing the methods within the company in terms of supply plan, inventory and transportation & distribution to customer & consumer
• Track agreed business KPI’s to mitigate costs and maximize service and drive actions and business plans to close gaps to targets
• Create performance reports for management to review
• Partner Finance analytics to improve efficiency and optimize the costs
• Track DC productivity KPI’s partnering with key stakeholders including 3PLs to optimize costs and maximize capacity and drive actions
• Support SCM team members for reporting development and reporting tool training

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
• KnowledgeSAP, WMS and strong Power BI expertise
• MS Office (Excel/Access; Outlook; Word; Powerpoint)
• Excellent knowledge of overall supply chain mechanics
• Quantitative analysis expertise
• Interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent understanding of the flow of goods from sourcing to customer
• Analytical and process thinking
• Fluent in English (written and oral); excellent communication skills

• University degree or equivalent education required.
• Minimum of 9 years of job experience preferably in Supply Chain
• Proven experience in terms of Supply chain project management or supply chain management.
