• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Rust, or Python

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check : This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

• Solid experience in building Cloud Services and/or deep systems knowledge and experience in Azure stack.
• Solid inclination for architecting at scale. Experience in systems side of software development, highly scalable infrastructure and distributed systems is a plus.
• Demonstrated analytical skills with systematic and structured approach to software design.
• Commitment to building highly scalable,highly reliableservices.
• 10+ years of software design and development experience with backend services.

• Architect, design, implement massive scale,highly available/extensible and robust cloud services.
• Drive thinking and improvements for systems and engineering processes with simplicity and maintainability as core tenets.
• Analyze and fix performance bottlenecks found at cloud scale.
• Deliver high value through a strong collaborative approach spanning many teams across geographies.
• Provide technical leadership to the engineering team, partner, mentor, and helpgrow junior engineersthrough sharing and learning.
• Act as a technical expert for addressing customer escalations and resolving complex technical issues.
• Uphold engineering best practices, coding standards, and methodologies to ensure high-quality software development.
• Foster a culture of inclusivity and disciplined software engineering practices to deliver business value, guided by data.
