This is a hybrid role, 3 days in office, 2 from home.
Key Responsibilities
Developing human-centered systems to reduce errors and enhance performance.
Designing human-autonomy interaction models to enhance teamwork between humans and automated systems.
Conducting empirical research on human-machine interaction, decision-making, and operational performance in aviation.
Analyzing data from conducted research and evaluations, publishing findings in research reports
Designing human-machine interfaces and evaluating them in controlled experiments
Key requirements
University degree, preferably in Psychology
Good knowledge of Human Factors (HF) and Human Computer Interaction (HCI)
Interest in human-AI teaming, automation, autonomy, or robotics
Ability to understand regulations
UI design tools experience
Nice to Have
Ability (or willingness to learn) to work on R&D projects – defining concepts, evaluations, and guidance.
Passion is more than experience here – willingness to learn new skills from senior colleagues.
An open-minded, can-do work attitude is a must.
