Key Responsibilities:

As an consultant / senior consultant, you will help clients evaluate capital options, capture greater transaction value and achieve strategic objectives - whether they are buying or selling a distressed asset, restructuring a business, dealing with underperformance, or looking to improve cash management. You'll work to prepare comprehensive financial reviews of company's operations, attend legal proceedings, engage in judicial management, support liquidation processes as well as advise clients on corporate risk management issues.

  • Actively contribute to report writing and detailed valuation analysis and financial modelling.
  • Dealing with creditors and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in acquisitions, divestitures or merger assignments.
  • Synthesize research information to be used in modeling, competitive analysis, industry analysis, negotiation support and various other applications.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients. Contribute to our practice development initiatives, supporting the continued focus on our team as a great place to work.
  • Ability to prepare high-quality written communication
  • Ability to present in a clear, concise and confident manner to clients and other audiences
  • Effective time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Other cognate duties

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, STEM or other related field of study.
  • Industry related certification (e.g., ACCA and ICAEW)
  • Approximately 1 to 4 years of related work experience
  • Experience in developing financial and operational strategies to affect a financial and/or operational turnaround to improve liquidity, credit availability and shareholder return.
  • Strong financial modeling skills including the ability to create robust and flexible financial models based on client's financial and operational information to drive key decisions and strategies.
  • Able to work under high pressure and adapt to a dynamic working environment.
  • Excellent problem solving, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English language.
