What You’ll DoWhat You’ll Bring
- Provide end-to-end case management including engaging the employee, vendors, work location and other stakeholders
- Manage ADA communications. Receive and respond to employee, manager and HR Partner inquiries regarding ADA status or questions
- Execute changes in HRIS system. Ticketing system, and coordinate with applicable departments
- Interprets and administers ADA regulations in accordance with applicable federal and state laws (FMLA, ADA, ADAAA, USERRA, Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA), etc.)
- Create or manage ADA status reporting delivery and accuracy
- 1 -2 years of Workplace Accommodations, Leave of Absence, or Human Resources experience
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent in experience
- Ability to problem solve and think critically
- Ability to work in a team environment with a strong sense of urgency
- High attention to detail and customer service oriented
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills desired and HRIS or ticketing experience a plus
- Knowledge of ADA administration and management, ERISA, ACA,HIPAA
