Your key responsibilities
- Lead and manage EY Ripples projects and focus areas focused on next-generation initiatives and support, including education, skills development, and youth empowerment.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for impactful projects and partnerships.
- Develop and implement strategies to engage EY employees in volunteering and pro bono activities that support next-generation goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of projects, ensuring they meet objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Prepare and present reports on project progress, impact, and learnings to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Stay informed about trends and best practices in corporate responsibility, education, and youth development.
- Represent EY Ripples at external events, conferences, and forums to promote our initiatives and build relationships with key partners.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the EY Ripples team.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Social Sciences, Business Administration).
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in project management, corporate responsibility, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering successful projects, preferably in the education or youth development sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Passion for social impact and a commitment to EY's purpose of building a better working world.
- Experience working in a global or multicultural environment is an advantage.
