Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of administrative experience in a technology company or multinational environment working on administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.
Preferred qualifications:
5 years of experience working in executive support.
Experience in calendar management over international time zones, travel scheduling and booking, and budgeting of events.
Ability to collaborate and communicate across diverse audiences and functions.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage projects and handle multiple priorities.
