Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Looker/Data Studio dashboards and reports to support Credit and Fraud Risk functions within International Consumer Business Banking.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into effective data visualizations.
• Utilize SQL and other relevant tools to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources to derive actionable insights.
• Create and maintain data models to ensure accurate representation of business data within Looker/Data Studio.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement in risk management processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, Risk Management, and Business Operations to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Provide technical expertise and support to internal users for navigating Looker/Data Studio dashboards, interpreting data, and troubleshooting issues.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in data visualization and analytics techniques.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5-6 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role, with a focus on Looker/Data Studio dashboard development and SQL.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and experience in designing and implementing data models.
• Demonstrated expertise in Looker/Data Studio or similar BI tools for building interactive dashboards and reports.
• Experience working in the financial services industry, particularly within Credit and Fraud Risk domains, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions within tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
