Description
As a Thin Film Engineer, you will have responsibility to hi-tech process performance and maintain related equipments well. Also develop new technologies and collaborate with cross-function team to fulfill the development of advanced display.- Work as an Asia based of Thin Film Equipment & Process Engineer position and co-work closely with panel supply chain for deliver high-tech process technology- Achieve the best performance using an optimized manufacturing process for the future products
Minimum Qualifications
- MS or BS degree in Material, Mechanical, Optics or Physics, better to have optical or mechanical simulation experience or MS degree in engineering plus a minimum 3 years related experience, or Bachelor degree plus a minimum of 5 years related experience
- Experienced in Thin Film equipment ALD & PECVD in flat panel display or Semiconductor industry. Nice to having PVD, CVD, ALD and/or ELA process experiences with Oxide TFT and/or LTPS TFT process skill.
- Experienced in working for fab related field, i.e. Fab operation, Yield improvement, SOP documentation, DOE design and R&D activities.
- Proficiency effective written and spoken interpersonal skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Thin film skill process integration for high-mobility oxide TFT and/or LTPS+Oxide (LTPO) TFT characteristic reliability for improve the performance of flexible OLED panel.
- Cooperate with material and hardware vendors to develop new thin film process for advance Insulator layer and metal gap-fill process technology.
- Build relationship and provide the highest level of satisfaction with panel supply chain
- Self-motivated for willing to take new technology challenge
- Facilitate good idea and offer multiple of cross-functional communication.
