- Understanding and curiosity in the consumer journey, and its opportunity to drive connected creative ideas and RTM strategies. Experience of delivering successful ideas and campaigns that demonstrate this.
- A strong, strategic thinker, capable of influencing senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Capable of decoding creative work quickly to feedback real time on partners ideas and creative concepts.
- Passion and eagerness to develop and implement best-in-class marketing campaigns with external partners.
