Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Bachelor’s and master’s degree in engineering in Structural/Civil Engineering or related fields

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

Familiarity with sustainability certifications like LEED or IGBC Green Building Certification.
Familiarity with industry codes and standards, including IS, NBC, etc.

10-12 years of experience in design and engineering for building structures, RCC, PEB buildings, etc.
Proven track record of managing end-to-end design for large-scale mixed-use developments including commercial Real Estate and Industrial warehousing.
