Core Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare land acquisition easements to include deed jackets in MS Word and exhibit plats in CAD.
- Read, interpret, and plot legal descriptions in CAD from vesting deeds and title reports.
- Verify existing survey data to public records such as vesting deeds, record maps, right of way maps, tax maps, etc.
- Collaborate with project team to ensure easement areas align with company needs.
- Produce high-quality documents with little to zero corrections.
- Track and store work in SalesForce and ProjectWise programs.
- Participate in team meetings as needed or required.
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow within the organization.
