JOB DESCRIPTION

Director of Engineering - Building Management Solutions You will report directly to our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and you will work out of our Atlanta, GA location on an On-site work schedule. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide strategic direction and leadership to the engineering function for Hospitality, Healthcare, and In Room Commercial Building solution
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects for these solution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive innovation and achieve business objectives
Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
Manage and optimize engineering resources, budgets, and timelines for these solutions
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team focused on these solutions

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)
8+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles
Prior experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Strong technical expertise in building management solutions for Hospitality, Healthcare, and In Room Commercial Buildings
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience in project management and execution
Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationship
