JOB DESCRIPTION
Through direct customer engagement you are responsible for ensuring Honeywell’s interests are safeguarded in each single transaction with customers, suppliers, and partners.
Establishes the contractual & commercial framework for projects from inception to completion. Pro-actively assist with commercial solution for any identified threat of negative deviation.
Contract reviews
Advise and assist project teams on best commercial practices associated related to changes in scope, variation orders.
Deploy standard Commercial Management methodologies in the delivery and control of projects
Claims management.
Advise on best practices to ensure appropriate records keeping for possible/pending claims or dispute resolution.
Alert Operational Management / General Manager of any commercial risk threats and advise on the best approach.
Investigate and analyze the causes and effects of the events that have arisen, prepare submissions.
Risk management relative to the commercial and contractual success of the project.
Work closely with Legal Team8+ years of working knowledge of identifying, analyzing, preparing, and substantiating damage claims
10+ years of experience analyzing contractual liability and causation
5+ years of working knowledge with multiple standard contracts by country WEVALUE
Experience in legal settings
Experience with Contract Law
Experience with Construction Payment Act requirements
Knowledge of HVAC, Building Management Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, and Security Systems
