You will lead a growing team of UX/UI Designers and Front-end Developers, defining how
user-centric principles are translated into scalable product design. If you're an emerging

- Develop and communicate a scalable UX strategy across external client facing
 - platforms and internal enterprise tools, ensuring alignment with business goals
 - and user needs.
 - Own and evolve the shared design system to maintain consistency, reusability,
 - and efficiency across product teams.
 - Explore and apply emerging UX trends, tools, and design methods to drive
 - innovation and elevate design maturity.
 - Collaborate with Product, Technology and Business stakeholders to align design
 - solutions with feasibility, technical constraints, and platform strategy.
 - Lead, mentor, and grow a team of UX/UI designers and front-end developers
 - while fostering a high-performance design culture.
 - Define and uphold quality standards across all UX/UI output, conducting design
 - reviews and ensuring documentation quality.
 - Guide and oversee user research, usability testing, and continuous feedback to
 - inform design decisions and product direction.
 - Evaluate and improve design and development workflows to optimize delivery
 - speed, cross-team collaboration, and design consistency.
 - Present design concepts, rationale, and progress updates to clients, internal
 - stakeholders, and leadership with clarity and business relevance.
 - Drive alignment across external and internal digital products by ensuring design
 - consistency across platform domains and technology applications.
 - Manage tooling, licenses, and design operations resources to enable effective
 - delivery at scale.
 - Advocate for user-first thinking across departments by running training sessions,
 - design sprints, and embedding UX principles in delivery teams.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer with hands-on design delivery and stakeholder interaction
 - Minimum 5 years in a design leadership role (managing people, process, or platform-wide initiatives)
 - Master's degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Industrial Design, or equivalent experience
 - Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard tools
 - Demonstrated experience working on both external-facing platforms and internal business applications
 - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills (e.g., Miro, MURAL)
 - Experience working with Design Thinking, Agile/Scrum, and enterprise product teams
 - Comfort working alongside developers and product managers in cross-functional teams
 - Fluency in English; other European languages are a plus
 
Ideally, You'll Also Have
- UX certification (e.g., NN/g, Human Factors)
 - Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and enterprise design constraints
 - Experience incorporating data-driven design insights (quant + qual)
 - Experience in platform or B2B SaaS product environments
