Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or account management, in the Digital Marketing/Advertising industries.
Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
Experience working in sales and pitching to clients.
Ability to communicate in English and Slovak or Czech fluently to support client and agency engagements.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience assessing and achieving client success via business techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, compelling narratives, storytelling and promotions.
Experience managing partnerships.
Experience working in a fluid and collaborative environment.
Knowledge of agency business models, customer retention, growth and new business acquisition for agencies.
Ability to own a portfolio in a business context, and consistently achieve goals to drive growth.
