Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in sales development, sales strategy or field sales in the technology industry, with cloud products and platforms.
Experience working in an account management/sales planning role to support client relationship management in this region.
Experience working with the enterprise sector market, across the Latin America (LATAM) region.
Experience selling Software as a Service (SaaS), Productivity, or Collaboration technology solutions to clients.
Speak English and Spanish fluently in order to effectively communicate in this customer-facing sales role.

Experience securing and growing customer bases, carrying and exceeding strategic business goals in a sales role.
Experience building and maintaining long-term executive relationships, ensuring customer success, adoption and expansion.
Experience prioritizing, planning, and organizing solution-based business activity within complex business cycles.
Experience working cross-functionally, including account teams, technical leads, procurement, legal, inventory software estate, and build business cases for transformation and implementation plans, and close large, complex agreements.
Knowledge of market trends, products, and solutions in Cloud and Productivity and Collaboration.
