As a Sr Software Engineering Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play acritical role in leading and managing a team of software engineers. You will beresponsible for ensuring the successful execution of software developmentprojects and the delivery of high-quality solutions. In this role, you willcollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans,ensuring that all software development requirements are met. You will reportdirectly to our Software Engineering Manager and you'll work out of Bangalorelocation on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our softwareoperations. You will be responsible for managing a team of software engineers,providing guidance and support to ensure the timely completion of projects andthe achievement of business goals. You will also drive continuous improvementinitiatives to enhance software development processes and efficiency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software development processes and efficiency.
Drive Requirements, Analysis, architecture, design & development using sound engineering principles adhering to standards & Product / Program requirements.

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in software development or related roles Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Should have managed or architected one enterprise cloud application development and deployment.
Understanding of architecture & design principles, business requirement management will be preferred WE VALUE
Master’s degree in computer science or a related field
Experience in leading software development projects
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
Experience with cloud-based technologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with DCS / industrial automation systems will be a plus
Experience in handling VC++/MFC, C#.Net technologies
YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
