Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Integration Efforts: Oversee the unification of the UCM, OCM, and Reltio Implementation teams, streamlining operations to ensure seamless customer account management.
  • Accelerate Reltio Implementation: Drive the implementation of the Reltio Customer Master Data Management tool, ensuring timely execution and effective integration across the International regions.
  • Cost Management: Identify and realize cost savings opportunities upon Reltio’s implementation.
  • Expansion to all Zones: Ensure a consistent approach to customer account management across all 7 Zones in International
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the teams under the unified structure, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders, including IT, commercial teams, and regional leadership, to align objectives and ensure the successful execution of the initiative.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of customer account management.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in program management, customer account management, or operations within a multinational organization.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving large-scale operational changes.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with experience in managing complex, multi-country initiatives.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to achieve cost savings and process improvements.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in implementing Customer Master Data Management tools (e.g., Reltio).
  • Familiarity with SFDC (Salesforce.com) and Oracle ERP systems.
  • Experience in the healthcare or medtech industry.
