Your Role and Responsibilities
In this senior client-facing role ofSenior Workday Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in the design, implementation, and support of Workday HR/Recruiting, Workday Integrations, and/or Talent Management modules. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and design, configure, and deploy Workday solutions that meet their requirements.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assist clients in the design, implementation, and support of Workday HR/Recruiting, Workday Integrations, and/or Talent Management modules.
- Lead the planning, inventory analysis, and scoping of Workday implementation projects to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate integration design sessions with clients to gather business requirements and design Workday solutions that meet their needs.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Configure and deploy Workday modules.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements documents, functional designs, and testing scripts.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Provide training and support to clients on Workday functionality and best practices.
- Work closely with the project manager and provide support in project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management, ensure adherence to project standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, e.g. integration, development, testing.
- Provide functional and technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Workday consulting.
- In-depth knowledge of Workday modules.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership skills.
- Problem solving skills, ability to make efficient decisions on limited available information.
- Relationship management skills with project teams, clients and suppliers.
- Sound business judgment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines with high frustration tolerance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Fluent Czech or Slovak languages.
