- Receives incidents and critical issue requests from People Support, People Operations, Compensation Services, Recruiting Support, IS&T or end-users- Provides technical advice and solutions as it relates to configuration by evaluating system workflows and processes- Analyzes production support incidents, processes and system changes to proactively identify trending issues- Supports writing & maintaining provisioning guidelines, establishing permission roles and granting appropriate access & permissions to People systems- Completes ongoing system audits related to access & permissions to ensure accuracy of data & security- Responds to or raise issues to IS&T- Participates in user acceptance testing for upcoming system releases and root cause technical fixes to incidents raised to IS&T- Participates in project lifecycle landmarks such as design playbacks, knowledge transfers and support readiness planning- Monitors and reports on case metrics - case volume, closure rate, backlog aging and works with IS&T to ensure timely, effective and efficient resolution outcomes- Facilitates conversations with People Team to refine business requirements for system configuration
